The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Alumni Association. There shall be fourteen(14) directors, consisting of one trustee of the school, one employee or volunteer of the Development Office of the school, one member of the administration, five Chapter Presidents, and one at-large member of the Alumni Association and the five officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Communictions Director and Treasurer). The trustee, Advancement Office employee, and member of the administration are appointed by the Board of Trustees of Camden Catholic High School. The Chapter presidents, the at-large member and the officers are appointed by the Board of Directors. Directors shall serve terms of staggered one year or two years. A regular meeting schedule for the Board of Directors shall be established by resolution of the board.
